Rome Guesthouse review: Art Mary B&B

We stayed there for 3 nights at the beginning of July. Although the building itself, the entrance area and also reception are not very welcoming the rooms are very nice with quite modern furniture and equipment, clean and have quiet A/C which you appreciate especially in the hot summer nights. The only negative was very poor breakfast (just one piece of roll with jam, honey or butter and croissant that was however not the fresh one but one of those that you buy in the shop packed and it lasts for months 'fresh'. For drink you could choose only tea or coffee....if you wanted orange or something cold, there was nothing. So we prefered to have the breakfast rather outside where there is planty of places to eat all around.
There is the main coach and train station with a shopping centre just accross the street incl. the metro stop (both red and blue line) and many bus stops. It's located not far from the main sightseeing points or you just hop on the bus or metro and within couple of stop you are everywhere you want, either it's Vatican City or Colloseum or Spanish stairs. And the travelling costs only 1 eur per 75 mins both bus and metro. So all over it is nice place to stay - good value for money as Rome is generally quite expensive city.
