Descanso Gardens.

Yesterday after school I visited Descanso Gardens with my friend Guillermo. It was a beautiful day and being around nature was truly glorious, especially in such peaceful weather. I lived near Descanso for several years but for some reason never visited; I'm glad I finally did. It was such a good trip, and after leaving I felt eternally changed and forever different. It was like visiting a childhood friend. It seems like it was the perfect place for me to go all along and I just never knew it. Without the help of others, it's hard to find your way. I want to keep this day in my memory, so only one photo was taken, and at the beginning of the journey. If I were to take photos later on, they would have disappointed me later. They wouldn't be able to evoke the same feelings that I was feeling by just being there. That's something you have to keep with you in your memory.

It was perfect.
