Paris Hotel review: Hotel De La Comete

The people at the desk were very welcoming. Unfortunately we ended up with a room on the same street as the train station. Needless to say we did not get much sleep at all. On the other hand it was a great location for food markets, small merchants etc. Good way to save money and avoid restaurants.

Venice Guesthouse review: Locanda Poste Vecie

The hotel is quite nice, once you find it, because it is very difficult to find as the main entrance is located in a tiny alleyway that is 3 feet wide. Room and bathroom very clean and modern. The only thing I didnt' like is that they charge you an extra 10 euros if you want air conditioning so if you don't want to pay the extra (which I find unacceptable) you have to either suffer the noise from the street below or suffocate from the heat. Unfortunately we didn't sleep very well because of either of these reasons.
