Venice Hotel review: Albergo Villa Serena

I never got to stay at the Albergo Villa Serena because, unfortunetaly, when I tried to change my reservation details by email with the Albergo, I had to deal with absolutely rude people ( Giorgio and Emmo Bergamasco) that wrote me things such as:

"Go and read the term and conditions of the web-site beafore stressing and do stupid questions!!!!!!!"

"BETTER OPTION YOU CAN CANCELL AND NOT STRESSING ANY MORE!!"

"hoppening that people like you STAY HOME OR IN OTHER PLACES!!!"

I was really surprised that their english was so bad and that they were absolutely not ready to deal with clients. I ended up staying in another hotel and was really well received by nice, polite people.

I really do hope that people stay away from this place, that will definitely ruin their experience in such a lovely city like Venice.
