Dusseldorf Hotel review: Hotel AltDüsseldorf

We arrived at the hotel, checked in and were taken for a 5 minute walk away to a nearby apartment. The apartment hadn't been cleaned properly since the previous stay. We had booked a double room and when we entered we found a single bed and a pull out couch. The couch was difficult to assemble and there was no clean covers for the spare single duvet. The shower was nice, very powerful. Breakfast was superb, the best thing about the hotel. Too pricey for what was offered. Not overly friendly staff. Wouldn't go back or recommend it to anyone.
