Sorry to leave you all with that cliffhanger ending. I'll try to fill in few blanks for you now.

We spent 5 days catching up and beaching it with Kitaj and Nat from lawschool in Phuket. Was good times, despite:

having 2000 bhat stolen from inside Nat's wallet, inside Nat's bag, inside the beach bungalow we had hired, from the family that were running the place (I sorted this out we my awesome negotiation skills and we came out winning)
Nat and Kitaj's pasty skin getting literally fried by the sun

Dom and I returned to New Zealand (Great Zealand) on roughly the 22nd of Feb. I started work the very next morning, Dom had a week off to laze around Te Atatu and get re-acquainted with his homies out west.
