Melbourne Hostel review: Urban Central

loved staying here..increased my stay for 2 weeks here..toilets clean enough and never crowded , brkfast is fine, free pasta and rice is a big plus to save ur money, beds are squeaky though and will make noise if anybody in the room is moving.Other than that , good for socialising.Once u make friends u better go out for partying if u r a party person cause the bar inside was only entertaining on wednesday (light acoustic music performance) and thursday(rocking performer-casey) nights..pool and fussball is a ok to pass time if u hav company.Not all game machines work all the time in the bar.sometimes people from the neighbouring bar at the basement can come to chill and make trouble at the bar in the hostel on weekends. try to avoid these types.as there was a fight on both the weekends i stayed , but eventually those guys from outside were sent out.Mornings,afternoons upto evenings are very quite though as there r less people in the hostel during this time.my priority for stay here were - socialising , fun , clean stay - so i give this place a 8 out of 10.. -2 mainly for the fights(security).
