Vilnius

So what can you say about Vilnius. It's a really nice city and really relaxed. Not to mention slightly odd. There's a district called Uzupis that has been declared an independent state by its inhabitants. The constitution is up on the wall in Uzupis on metal plates. It's well worth a look...here's a few of the best:
- Man has the right to celebrate or not to celebrate his birthday.
- Man has the right to love and take care of a cat.
- A cat is not obliged to love its master, but it must help him in hardness.
- Man has the right to realize his negligibility and magnificence.

In Vilnius Cathedral, there's supposed to be this miracle tile where the last person stood who was the human chain from Talinn to Vilnius. If you spin around it three times you can make a wish. Not sure if that means it's going to come or if the spinning just
