Budapest Hostel review: Boomerang Hostel & Apartments

My wife's and my stayed at the Boomerang Apartment at Kálmán Imre utca 24, Apartment 2. It was a very nice apartment in a central location with excellent public transportation connections for our purposes.

The reception was superb! The young lady that met us and took us to the apartment made a thorough and plesent presentation of the apartment and of the city.

One suggestion to improve the apartment woud be to update the maintenance on the interior lighting. Both my wife and I like to and needed to read. Many of the lights were not functioning which made reading difficult. In general, the lack of lighting was a bit uncomfortable.

Also, it would be nice to have more than one key to the house and the apartment. My wife, unfortunately, was not able to come with me as intended to our meetings. That necessitated that I make what ammounted to long distance mobile telephone calls (Budapest to Austria to Budapest) to gain entrance to the apartment because I had to leave the keys with her.

Overall, however, I would be inclided to return, especially in the above suggestions could be accomodated.
