Horseshoe Bay

The moon lights up the whole of Horseshoe Bay
That was a year ago
My friend stole a bottle of red from his housemate
We lie on on the blanket
As we watched the moon and listened to the sound of the waves

They sang to me under the starry night
It was the best moment of my life
We touched the water, it was warm to the skin

I wish we can go back to that night
But it will never be the same
The moon hasn't changed but the feelings will not be the same again
That is why it's called a moment

I wrote this because I miss that night.
