1770 to Sydney

So me and Will made it to the town of 1770, and immediately were shocked at the small size as it looks like 2 towns on the map! In reality there was only about 100 people living htere, but we immediately settled in in the Cool Bannanas hostel. They had some good rules such as no TV before 3pm, cleaning the kitchen 3 times a day, and renting out loads of movies for the guests everynight. We soon got to know most of the guests by sitting around the outdoor fire at night, playing drinking games, or playing football, and it was cool how everyone knew everyone and got on. After missing the 10am start to the real cheap surf lesson for a 3rd day running we decided to just rent some boards, and head out ourselves, how hard could it be?! Easy! If teh weather would have treated us nicely, instead we were subject to a real killer of a storm, with waves being huge and erratic and coming from 3 different sides!!
