Singapore Hotel review: Beach Hotel Pte. Ltd.

Aesthetically, this place is far less than exciting. What it does have going for it is location. The location is excellent! It's about a three minute walk from Bugis Junction which is both a shopping center and an MRT hub. The staff were friendly and helpful. Anything we asked for we received almost immediately. The facilities were clean and everything worked. There are terrific eateries around (especially the steamboat downstairs!), and lots of pedestrian traffic so that security/safety is not an issue. From Bugis Junction you can even take the MRT to Changi airport, which is quite convenient if you don't have a ton of bags.
