Africa bound

The tickets are bought. My Visa has been confirmed. All the shots have been done and the packing has started. I leave for Tanzania on Valentine's Day. I'll fly from Boston to Amsterdam then on to Tanzania. It will take almost 24 hours with some time changes. There is an eight hour time difference between home and where I will be in Tanzania.

I will be staying in a little village called Karanga, not far from Moshi, but my spot at the house isn't available until February 17th. I'll be staying at a resort at the base of Kilimanjaro for a couple days first and I'm planning on doing a two day hike on Kilimanjaro. Then someone from CCS will pick me up on the 17th to take me to the house that I will live in for the next four weeks.

I've been given a lot of detailed information about the program in Tanzania through my contact person at Cross Culture Solutions in New York. She has been extremely helpful. I have contacted one other person who will also be part of the group. Now all I have
