Berlin Hostel review: Pegasus Hostel
Pegasus Hostel was really valuable! Me and a friend arrived early, but was able to check in right away. The dorms were cheap, and the small neighbouring restaurant with pizza and pasta was also very valuable. Free wifi, very service-minded reception and close to everything.
The one thing that made my stay uncomfortable was some of the other girls staying in our room, who could not respect that in an 8 bed dorm one can't put one's stuff all over the place. The cleaning could have been done better and more often as well.
Hamburg Hostel review: Hostel B6
Hostel B6 is located in a beautiful building, an old hospital. It could easily feel a bit scary, but all the furniture is IKEA, and takes away some of the old style impression.
When we arrived at the hostel, we realised that the information on the English and the German signs were different. We had a hard time to reach a receptionist who coul help us to check in, and had to take help from a bypassing local. That was not the best start of our trip.
Though, when finally inside, we found the hostel friendly, clean and proper. I like the social room in the basement and the big kitchen where we had a chance to meet the people living there. Very nice!
Hostel B6 was definitealy worth itsl money. I would recommend it!
Paris Guesthouse review: Paris Namdemun Guesthouse
I stayed at Paris Namdemun for two nights with a friend of mine, and it was an exiting experience. When we arrived, we met the owner, a woman who spoke neither French nor English, which made it a bit complicated to communicate. Later, though, that problem was solved.
We were really taken care of at Namdemun. Breakfast and dinner is included in the price. Lots of rice and soup, Korean food. The guesthouse is small, so it was a friendly atmosphere were we ate together with all the other guests.
The biggest issue is the location. It is a 10 minute walk from the Villejuif Louis Aragon station, which is far away from the city centre of Paris. So it is not really central. But the area is calm and silent, so if you feel that you need to relax after a hard day's walking in Paris, this is a good choice.
