Venice Hotel review: Hotel Centrale

Beds and pillows were very hard and not at all comfortable.
Shower flooded entire bathroom floor.
Staff not very helpful with general directions, local supermarkets and sightseeing options.

However location right near bus stop and so getting into venice easy, and everything clean.
