Lisbon Apartment review: Flats by Lisbon4U

I tried several times to join the place with e-mails and by phone to know how to pick up the key for the 2 nights we booked, but they never replied.

Once I succeed to join them by phone, they told me that we can't stay the first night. We booked another place for the first night.

We went there for the second night, but they told us there was an overbooking error, and that we couldn't stay in.

They NEVER phoned us to anticipate these problems.

Really scandalous

Great place, great services and people ! A bit noisy because of the location, but one of the best place I ever stay.
