Milan Hotel review: Hotel Amendolafiera

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, in quiet surroundings and easy to reach by underground. A very good place to stay for anyone who's looking for a small one-off hotel against reasonable prices.

Granada Hostel review: Oasis Backpackers Hostel Granada

Located right in the heart of the Albayzin (quaint old muslim quarter), the spot couldn't have been more central for exploring Granada. The hostel offers plenty of opportunities for exploring and meeting new people. Rooms are rather small and packed with beds.

Malaga Hostel review: Casa Babylon Backpackers

I liked the oriental atmosphere in the back yard. The hostel was located rather off-centre though and you really need a bus or taxi to get there from the train station/ bus station. There were rumours of items being stolen from a locker. Staff was very friendly.
