Brought up in Scotland, worked lived and travelled in France, Germany and now settled in Andalucia, southern Spain.
Married to Patty with two lovely daughters, Lucia and Amelia.
Stephen owns and runs the birding and wildlife tour company called Andalucian Guides and leads specialist holidays all over Europe, Asia-Minor and N Africa.
When not travelling he leads day tours during all months, for anyone that wants to watch and appreciate or even photograph the birds and wildlife on The Strait of Gibraltar
