At night, the tower becomes a beautifully illuminated sculpture. Gustave Eiffel, who designed the tower, also created the framework for NYC's Statue of Liberty.
The photo was taken in front of the Lancel shop in Paris. The young lady, talking on her cell phone outside the shop, looked to me as part of the shop's window. She was holding her bag as if she wanted to show off the shop's leather goods. I also liked the colour harmony created by her red jacket and the red canopy inside the shop.

Reflection on the beach at Dunkirk. It's hard to believe that the beach here was once the site of such a massive military campaign.
