Manual Antonio has our favourite beaches of Costa Rica. The water is ridiculously warm and is dotted with tiny islands giving it a real Thailand feel (neither of us have ever been to Thailand though!)

Yeeha Ziplining

Ziplining through the canyon was rather spectacular. No huge ziplines, but great variety and feel of being surrounded by fauna with a long canyon drop below. The palm flies here are super mean, be careful and wear copius amounts of bug spray, the resulting itch is unbearable.

Paint me baby

Good fun, we initially expected to sit in a pile of mud and get covered, but it was rather sophisticated with paint brushes. Race against time trying to get the bubbling mud all over before the nasty little palm flies could attack and draw blood!

Wet Ride

Cycle up the super steam, slippery road to Cataratta Fortuna. We were caught in a torrential downpour that was so heavy our running shoes became swimming pools.
