Capital of the Province of Buenos Aires, La Plata (just 50 minutes from Buenos Aires City, by car) is a still young city: its construction started in 1882, based in a modern and innovative urban planning project, whose main characteristics had influenced the construction of Belo Horizonte (Brazil), 15 years later. In this pic, a sight of "Plaza Moreno" (Moreno Square), with the City Hall on the back. La Plata worths a visit, for sure!
