Filiberto Ojeda Ríos

Ojeda Ríos was born April 26, 1933 in Naguabo, Puerto Rico. An amateur musician, he played trumpet and guitar. Ojeda Ríos was killed on September 23, 2005 when members of the FBI attempted to serve an arrest warrant after surrounding the clandestine house in Hormigueros, Puerto Rico where he was hiding. The FBI operation has raised questions both inside and outside Puerto Rico.

portrait of a Lao girl

wandering around Luang Namtha town one day, I photographed a mechanics workshop where some men were working on a truck. When i asked if I could take some picture, the mother came out with her children and requested some portraits. She was initially shy, but eventually got more relaxed. I have the obligatory 'smile' as well, but like this one better
