The brothers that own the Capitol GH have expanded and now run the buses from a different corner than the restaurant. A big improvement for the diners.
There are many more tuk tuks than my last visit 2 years ago. Good idea if you have luggage or there are 2-3 of you. We always used to get our own motodop. Now you hire a tuk tuk for the same price as 2 motos.
After all the cars, trucks and buses are loaded, then they allow the motorbikes to fill in the empty gaps.
This is the bus we rode from HCMC to Phnom Penh, our lunch stop at the Moc Bai/Bavet border.

Because they will not let the bus go over the bridge, you walk across with your luggage and get on another bus from the same company. Hopscothching your way to Koh Kong.
