The orange sign posted on the gate at the left somewhat incongruously reads (in German): "The Workshops of the Kl. Rosenthaler Straße 9 will continue to be used by 'The Cathedral Association.' " Are the nuns and priests responsible for this public art?

Sorry about the poor photo quality. I really wanted to share this ~8 foot mural inside one of the cafés I visited, shortly before attending a lecture addressing the exoticizing, orientalist European gaze. Yep.
