Viracocha

The Statue is in the centre of a sunken plaza in Tiwanaku near La Paz. The interesting feature isa that he was white and had a Red beard!!! However, this statue is over 2000 year old.... interesting indeed!

Puma Punka Carvings

The Chevron pointing to the Doorway is something I{ve seen nowhere else and is reckoned to be 2000 years old or more ! No one knows what it was for or meant to signify ! There were loads of wierd and different carvings at the Puma Punka site near Tiwanaku

The Sun Gate

It wasn't actually found where it stands now, but some metres back on the ground having been knocked over and washed away by something. It weighs over 2 tonnes, so must have been something big !!! They reckon it could have been a Tsunami on Lake Titikaka?
