Gere Winery -

Very good wine. The other big winery with wines drunk over Europe - no US distribution.

This was a pretty big commercial operation. While the only US destination for Bock wines is Phoenix (who would of thought?), they are drunk pretty widely throughout Europe

Lake fish and blue cheese

This is pretty much the only kind of fish - comes from Lake Balaton in Hungary. I actually got it by accident. I thought I was ordering a chicken dish with goose liver. A few blips are too be expected when one doesn't speak the language.
