Memorial to the martyr, Jan Nepomucky, on the Karluv Most. Legend has it the Nepomucky was tortured for not revealing secrets he heard in confession. According to the story, the only soul he told was the dog. If you stroke the dog on this bas-relief and wish that a secret is never revealed, the wish will be granted.
