Here is Paquetá Island, an idyllic District of Rio in the middle of Guanabara Bay. With some nice beaches and quiet streets, Paquetá is an "oasis" in the big city, a permanent source of inspiration for its poets, artists, tourists and residents.
Cool and calm after barrel-rolls in a Harvard. With his brothers gone flying, finally it's his turn!
One of brazilian most beautiful cities, Recife blends rich cultural and historical attractions with fine beaches. Here we can see Boa Viagem, a district famous for its beach... waiting for the rain! I took this pic from a plane, leaving Recife.

I've taken this pic when flying from Rio to São Paulo. Here we can see the place where Rio was founded, in 1565, close to the entrance of Guanabara Bay: Praia de Fora ("Outer Beach"), between the Sugar Loaf (to the left) and the Cara de Cão - "Dog's Face" (to the right) hills. Botafogo Inlet and the districts/beaches of Urca and Botafogo can also be seen.
Another pic taken from a plane flying from Rio to São Paulo: the Sugar Loaf Mountain, at the entrance of Guanabara Bay, in an unusual perspective.
A flight from Rio de Janeiro to São Paulo offers breathtaking views, like this one: an unusual perspective of world famous Sugar Loaf peak (almost 1300 feet high), standing at the entrance of Guanabara Bay.

The young lady was from South Africa and both of us skydived together for our first time.
We're flying into Salvador. Then we'll fly from Fortaleza to Boa Vista in the far north and spend some time on the projects there. From Boa Vista our route goes on land and water back to Fortaleza

After one hour flying from Maringá, the plane is almost arriving in São Paulo... This pic shows an unexpected view of the city vicinities: big water reservoirs and a fringe of rain forest. Keep in mind that São Paulo is a big city, with almost 20 million people in its metropolitan area!
Then plane from Wellington to Christchurch
