The Eye, Close Up at Nightfall

There is something about reddish skies we all like. This was shot at f/14, 1/6s, ISO 200, and focal length of 35mm… don’t ask where! It really puts the Eye in focus by isolating just a few carriages.

The London Eye, also known as the Millennium Wheel, is an observation wheel in London, England. At the time it was erected, it was the largest/tallest observation wheel in the world. The London Eye has become the most popular paid visitor attraction in the UK, visited by over 3.5 million people a year. The London Eye stands 135 metres (443 ft) high on the western end of Jubilee Gardens, on the South Bank of the River Thames in London, England, between Westminster and Hungerford Bridges.
