Cai Shen, God of Wealth & Fortune is dressed in royal robes. This figure is used on doors & walls in homes and public places to bring prosperity and good fortune to the Chinese people.

Steve Wynn just opened the $2.3 billion Encore, his follow up hotel to The Wynn Las Vegas. 2.034 suites plus casino, shops, and night club, it is billed as The Wynn's sexy little sister.

Taken just off the shopping area. The only hotel pool visible from the casino that I know of. Steve Wynn wanted an open, sunny feel to Encore. Old Las Vegas, no clocks, no sunlight visible from the casino area, no photos allowed. Steve Wynn has put that concept to bed.

Steve Wynn was the first to use the alternating carpet/marble floors. Most Vegas hotels have either carpet or marble. Steve Wynn's attention to detail is well-known. This section is by the shops, heading out to the waterfall.
