Wow! We got to see a First Order Fresnel Lens up close and with all it's glass! Mom took a picture of me by the lens, but it's a little out of focus. The fouth order lens is to the right.

This has been restored to it's early 1900's appearance. The lighthouse was electrified in 1933, so didn't need a full time keeper after that.
