ITALY_Ravenna_playing football

This is one of my favorites. Kids are playing football in courtyard, bumping with ball 15th cent wall. It's very natural for Italy - they live inside the museum, without feeling this. All these arts, architecture and vast cultural layer is in their blood, it comes "built in", as a default. They are not just proud by their treasures, but live into it, making it continuous and never dying.

ITALY_Ravenna - Spirito Santo and Battisero degli Ariani

Once again Bisantic (about 5th century!) Mosaic of Ravenna. They are addicting, I feel that I can't stop wowing and not getting loaded with them. Look how beautiful they made water of Jordan River!

ITALY_Ravenna - Church of S.Giovanni Evangelista

Less famous church, but I liked it very much. Feels like special one. I was there in Sunday and paid attention that church was full with families from the neighbourhood, all generations - from babies to eldery.
