The little boy at the front was taking my photo because, I guess, I am so tall and we were the only obvious foreigners there so I took his - they then all rushed over to look at the picture.

67 m high on a lotus shaped base which is, itself, 35m in diameter. The Goddess is 17 storeys high and on each there are 21 Buddhas. The inaugural ceremony was August 2010
