The mighty Mekong

There's something about the Mekong that fascinates me. Possibly as it is so wide (and fast flowing at the moment due to all the rains) and that it travels down through China, Laos, Cambodia and out into the South China Sea in Southern Vietnam. The ferry left the quay and promptly collided with another boat...

... It must happen often as there was no panic, no shouting. The ferry was pushed off and set in the right direction - almost with a pat on the hull. Oh to have such faith in the captain after that!
