One of the craziest people I have ever meet while my stay in Santa Marta, Colombia. She had a way to always want to steal the spotlight of the camera as well as just saying what ever was on her mind. We sat before going off to Taganga to have something to eat.
I would have to admit that the hat looks good on her. And those glasses. We are on the way to a beach on other side of the main Taganga area.
There is a reason that Barichara is where films are made. The roofs are well decorated.
We are in San Gil, an adventure town. We stayed in the hostel Macando. It was a great place to meet other travelers. Here is some of the decor.
The town of Barichara is full of amazing photo opportunities. Here is a perfect example of a window and the wall it stands on.
Walking down the street, saw a lot of birds. Decided to capture them. We waited about 30 minutes for the photo, just as I decided to rest my arms they decided to fly... I barely caught them.
We went to the market in San Gil to get our breakfast. This is a way cheaper way to have breakfast. A lot of fresh fruits there, even somes i have never seen or heard of before. Like this alien looking fruit called a granadilla. It is amazing to eat.
My travel mate took this photo of me making a move that might not be the best... i think.
After 3 hours of playing chess... I think he is ready to give up.
My friend took us to the top of Cerro De Monserrate and visited this church inside. The architecture was pretty modern.
Walking through the church inside of Cerro De Monserrate there was a room where a lot had expressed their thanks. Here is part of that wall.
Museo De Botero steps after getting lost in Bogota for most of the day. I was just sitting there. This was a perfect opportunity to take this beautifully framed photo.
So I have a place in my heart of beer. This is one of the better stouts I have had while traveling. (No I have not been to Ireland or Europe) The Bogota Beer Company became one of my favorite places while my stay in Bogota.
