The marine iguanas sit on rocks drying off from their dives into the sea for algae. They are slow and infinitely pre-historic, like creatures from the mists of time. They blow the salt accumulated from their underwater foraging out their nostrils and shake their heads in a territorial defense signal when approached too closely
