A lucky shot. Uluwatu is also home to many grey monkeys and they are not as tame as what you see here. We were warned to remove all dangling jewelleries and spectacles as these monkeys will snatch anything that catches their fancy.
Uluwatu temple is perched on top of the rocky cliff on the westernmost tip of the southern peninsula of Bali, overlooking into the Indian Ocean. Pura Luhur (literally translated as high temples) Uluwatu is one of the oldest and most important temples in Bali. It is one of the six original sad kahyangan (deities) temples on the island.
