The most impressive waves I've ever seen
A hard 6 hour slog from Barafu camp. I remember that it was pitch black, windy and snowing a blizard. I remember constantly looking up when climbing and only seeing clouds. We finally reached Stella point (where this pic was taken). My hands were frozen and I couldn't feel my feet, I sat down breathing hard, the sun was coming out and the cloud cleared, I took mt gloves off and fumbled around for my camera. My guide informed me that it doesn't always snow up on the top, its usually a barren waste land of rocks and dust. When the sun came up it was one of the most amazing sites I've ever seen, the way the morning sun reflected off the snow and the clouds... it was brilliant... One of those picture perfect moments..
I went out early this morning to take a picture of the sunrise from a mountain and came across this guy, it seemed like he was trying to tell me something, good morning or give me an apple...
This picture was taken in Gyeongju, she's looking at me strangely, maybe because of different skin color :)
