Just when you think you're nearly there, one of these staircases appears. Ouch. Oh, that guy on the left is running up the stairs.
This time I'm actually going to walk up it.
That's real 24 carat gold there.
No-one ever died on this sub in its 29 years of service, although its own history was blotted many times in killing innocent people.
Legend has it that when all the survivors of the Arizona have died the ship will stop leaking oil. Whatever happens it will stop in 141 years when all the fuel has gone.
Not sure what was going on here - endless streams of bikes parading up and down the streets. The locals seemed to like it.
