The name Bunut Bolong is given due to the unique characteristic of this tree. The word “bunut” is Balinese name for a species of fig family which has similar characteristic with banyan tree, and the word “bolong” means “hole”, so the word “Bunut Bolong” means a bunut tree which has a hole in it. As a matter fact, this sacred tree has a big hole in the bottom of it, so big that a car can through it. It's located in Manggisari Village 11 km to the north from the main Denpasar - Gilimanuk road, 86 km from Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia
This was shot while hiking through the New Forest, in Hampshire, England. I used a Hoya ND400 filter to for the flowing water effect.
20 parachutists fly, trailing streamers, in a diamond formation over the Persian Gulf with one of the Palm Islands in the Background
Hiking Avalanche Lake trail. The river's so powerful that the water sprays up and hits the surrounding environment, which results in this sort of "Narnia effect", if you will.
Hiking along a trail across the road from Trail of the Cedars in West Glacier, MT. It was a cozy 26°F out, but the windchill probably dropped it down to about 5°F. Despite the snow storm I flew in with, lower West Glacier was free of snow.
