HPS streetlight scattering through a tree in the fog. was much more beautiful to see with the eye. The depth is absent in this shot.

was a long ways up alot of steep stairs to get back up... very much worth it though. Brandon climbing up. You can see the crazy australian forests below. This photo failed to capture the dizzying effect of the drop below...

this is what was waiting for us at the bottom of Wentworht Falls... I see why theyt names the town after these falls...
The same falls as the last picture but from furhter out with the next level of the cascade in view. There is still one more level further down
This place was amazing. a real powerspot. if you look in the bottom right, that's Brandon. when we were here, we thought this was it... later in the day when we hiked further down, we realized that this was just the tip of the iceberg... about 1/4 of the actual falls. bloody amazing. you have to see it to belive it.
Think this was in Wentworth falls - beautiful anywhere you go around there...
They al seem to pose like this for photos, hey? This one is the biggest one I've found so far... he was very photogenic.. and almost two feet long. really beautiful colours... was along the trail near Wentworth falls.
I found this little guy, about 8 inches long, on a stone in a creek while hiking. The flash spooked him and he ran through the water to the shore and off into the forest.
look up! there is probably a big spider up there somewhere! if you're in New South Whales anyway...
at night high intensity lightingf comes on to shine on the formations near Katoomba. more often than not, the for and rains roll in at night. the lights are still cool.. just in a different way...
