Rustic tavern in the heart of Treviso Fish Market. Home-made wine from huge dusted bottles, fresh fish fried in deep oil and palenta (its Veneto!)
Treviso changes at night tme: dark shoulders of churches props the sky, courtyards become mysterious, side tiny lanes are emptying and the light from lamps - warm and humid, envelops the houses and bridges with trembling golden haze and reflects in water of canals.
TRE VISO means = THREE FACES.
I like to watch people. Here - girls and dogs were walking and performing. Suddenly their dogs seen another big dog, girls turned after them and mentoned handsome guy - the dog's owner (out of frame), who set near high table with his beer. I took few photos of the event, it's one of them.
APEROL is the perfect aperitf. As coffee time, which is one of the main after-lunch ceremonies, the 'aperitivo' before the evening meal, its absolutely an adequate and enjoyed tradition since the Romans. Probably the most popular drink in Veneto is APEROL SPRITZ - coctail contains Aperol, sparkling Prosecco wine (similar to champagne), splash of soda and slice of orange. Lived in very special B&B in Treviso, called "Madam Upstairs". It's big apartment on the last floor of the old building, from head to toys designed in style of 70th. Psychodelic colors, collection of items and furniture from 70th and really very much upstairs.
