This is Bagnet. Famous dish from the Ilocos Province. Pork meat with fat and skin is boiled to tenderize meat then deep fried to a golden crisp. What you get is a delicious pork belly with a crunchy skin.
In Paris there are many cafes and brasseries both tourists and locals can sit at to enjoy a coffee or break, and some of them like this one shown here have waiters wearing formal attire to serve people.
Here you can see a wide variety of food available in a market stall found near the Eiffel Tower showing that you are almost guaranteed to find something you love to eat which is served up hot in front of you to get it within minutes.
Some of the larger Metro stations in Paris have snack points available, allowing you to buy affordable food such as croissants, food or even a drink rather than trying to find a cafe along a street.
There are many cafes to find while in Paris and the Tuileries Gardens are no exception, this photo showing one of the cafes that is within the shade thanks to many trees to create a cool and relaxing area to sit down and have some food.
