If you you visit Red Rock Canyon definitely you will see heaven. You will have great fun in just looking at these notable red rocks besides having an exciting entry into the desert. Further, there are several scenic views and interesting stops.
The beautiful Jama Masjid, created by the same architect of the Taj Mahal. You can see the similar styles. The place was crowded as I got there just before prayer, but could not get in (as I am not muslim). I waited just after prayer and took some pictures. The place was amazing.
As I was at Jama Masjid, there were plenty of locals who wanted me to take their photos. Here is one boy who stood out.
It is 5:00 am, my shikara driver promised me a boat road out to the floating market on Dal Lake. So here I am blurry eyed and barely awake early morning as the sun tries to rise.
The man who was showing me around Srinagar took me to his sister's house where we sat and drank tea. We sat in a very comfortable sitting room. I comment on the women's eyes. One allowed me to take picture of how beautiful they were.
Evil monkey... he stole our Nescafe. Lesson learned, dont put down a tea when a monkey is around.
