Nico's favourit dish at the Thai Cooking school
Starter of spring rolls
This starter salad with green papaya, peanuts, chilli, lime juice, coriander is so good. Can be done on cucumber if no green papaya at hand!

They were gooood!
Chili, lime, ginger, shallot, peanuts, roasted coconut - roll in a leaf and pour some palm sugar infused with ginger and shallot on top. Pop it all in your mouth and feel the combo of salty, sweet, spicy, sour, crunchy come together perfectly.

Oddly enough, Nico and I had ordered curries that we ended up cooking the next day at the class, but didnt realise until afterwards. Massaman curry and the local Khaw Soi curry.
