The locals were really eager to massage ALL areas of the body for a tip
In nearly every street a local is walking around with coffee, "tinto", selling small shots of expresso.
Can't deny it, these waters are amazing!
The boat that brought us to Island Paradise!
A popeye perfect island, and yes it really is called One Tree Island
Cays Lemonse, a group of small islands which form a good bay for yachts to anchor. As it is so protected there is also a bunch of starfish in the shallow waters.
We celebrated Sebs birthday in Boco's del Toro, the evening started off at Beverlys Hill, our accommo, Sandra (accommo owner) was very sweet and made Seb a cake.
Celebrating with the locals in Bocos.
Victory sweets and hairbands from the Elmo Pinyata.
Death to Elmo, but great joy to the birthday boy
And we survived, the bat shit, swimming in water up to our ears and other creepy crawly's.
Inside the coral cave, with the girls just barely smiling. So creepy and stinky. Definitely stretched us, but we all came out loving it and what a fab boyish thing to do on Sebs bday.
Inside the cave is a small subterranean lake. Seb was the only one brave enough for this, here he is climbing the coral to get a little air before the water.
Love this pic, Barabra was so sneaky! We were taking pics of us with starfish at Playa Estrella, this is the girls catching Seb taking a pic Rutger, was so innocent but looks so dodgy.
At the border crossing Costa Rica - Panama. So easy to walk over the border with no stamps. But make sure you get them cause 10km or so in the Panama side there is a passport check.
San Pedrillo ranger station in Parque Osa.
Along all the bus routes locals hop on and off selling food and drinks. Here the boys are sipping on coconut, and it even came super cold.
