Bhairava is an important and popular deity of the Newars People and brother of a living goddess of Kumari. There are different Bhirava in Kathmandu Valley. Aakash Bhairav means "god of the sky",lies close of Kathmandu darbar square. The temple of Akash Bhairav is one of the oldest temples of Kathmandu valley.
