APEROL is the perfect aperitf. As coffee time, which is one of the main after-lunch ceremonies, the 'aperitivo' before the evening meal, its absolutely an adequate and enjoyed tradition since the Romans. Probably the most popular drink in Veneto is APEROL SPRITZ - coctail contains Aperol, sparkling Prosecco wine (similar to champagne), splash of soda and slice of orange.
