If you stroke the frog's back with a wooden stick, it makes the frogs croak. Apparently, we have these in America, according to Zach, but I never saw one until I came to China. You might notice how the Chinese frogs croak differently than American ones.

Little frog

I do mean Little. Summer rains bring forth all kinds of cool critters. This tiny fellow (about the size of a thumbnail) was in my bathroom and I took him back outside, where he kindly obliged me by posing for a few pictures.

Agalychnis spurrelli

Agalychnis spurrelli dans le parc national Palo Verde. Les yeux sont striés parce que la grenouille dort. Ils sont rouges lorsque la grenouille est éveillée. The frog is sleeping that's why her eyes are covered with this particular skin. National park Palo Verde

Don't touch ! - Dendrobates Pumillo - very toxic frog - Parc naturel de la Heradura

Cette grenouille toxique(Dendrobates pumilio) est souvent appellée grenouille en jean au Costa Rica. Elles est assez difficile à trouver et peut être mortelle si on la touche en raison du poison neurotoxique secrété par sa peau. Elles habitent les creux d'arbres de la rain forest.
