Casa Manso

Descripción 2 room independent apartment in the centre of Vedado, in front of the University of Havana, a 3 minutes walk from hotel Habana Libre, the ice cream palace Coppelia and other famous places. The apartment has a balcony, windows with view over the university on one side and Centro Habana and Habana Vieja on the other. You can see as far as the famous Capitolio building. It has a bed room with a matrimonial bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bath room with hot shower. All rooms are fully furnished. Información General Prices vary depending on the length of your stay. Discount for students (and others) who stay for a longer time. Please contact us for further information. We are a cuban/swedish couple and this is our private apartment that we let out while we are abroad. Please note that we are a fully licensed "casa particular". El Capitolio - Havana/Cuba

El Capitolio, or National Capitol Building in Havana, Cuba, was the seat of government in Cuba until after the Cuban Revolution in 1959, and is now home to the Cuban Academy of Sciences. Its design and name recall the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C., but it is only superficially similar. Completed in 1929, it was the tallest building in Havana until the 1950s and houses the world's third largest indoor statue.
